1. Acceptance of terms

By booking, joining, or using any Kumkum Arts retreat service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with a booking.

2. Retreat bookings and payment

Bookings are confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment and a written confirmation from our team.

All quoted prices are in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Cancellation and refund policy

Cancellation 21+ days before retreat start: 80% refund.

Cancellation 8-20 days before retreat start: 50% refund.

Cancellation within 7 days: no refund. You may request a one-time transfer to a future retreat date, subject to availability.

4. Participant responsibility

Participants are responsible for sharing accurate health details, emergency contact information, and any special accessibility requirements before arrival.

We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior threatens safety, wellbeing, or the retreat experience of others.

Conduct toward hosts, facilitators, and venue representatives. You agree to treat Kumkum Arts hosts, retreat facilitators, on-site staff, and property owners or their representatives with courtesy and respect at all times. Verbal abuse, harassment, intimidation, discriminatory conduct, or other serious misconduct directed at anyone responsible for delivering or overseeing the retreat undermines the safety and experience of the whole group.

If, in the reasonable judgment of the designated retreat lead or the business owner, such conduct has occurred or is ongoing, they may require you to leave the retreat immediately and to make your own travel and accommodation arrangements at your expense. That decision is final for the purposes of participation in that event. Fees for any portion of the retreat not completed after removal are non-refundable, without prejudice to any rights you may have under applicable law.

5. Travel and accommodation

Participants are responsible for travel to and from the retreat location unless a transport add-on is explicitly purchased.

Shared accommodation is standard unless private upgrade options are listed and confirmed in writing.

6. Media and content usage

Photos and videos may be captured during the retreat for promotional use on website and social channels.

If you do not wish to appear in public media, inform our team in writing before or at check-in.

7. Liability limitation

Kumkum Arts is not liable for indirect loss, missed travel, personal valuables, or events outside our reasonable control including weather, road closures, or government restrictions.
